For Employers/Recruiters:

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Sharing of Information
- With Employers/Recruiters: Candidate details (profile, CV, skills, experience) are shared when you apply for a job or make your profile visible.
- With Job Seekers: Employer details (company profile, recruiter contact, job posting information) are shared for job applications.
- With Service Providers: Hosting, analytics, payment processing, and customer support providers who assist in operating the App.
- Legal & Compliance: If required by law, regulation, or government request.
- Business Transfers: In case of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

- Candidate data (resumes, applications, profiles) is retained as long as your account is active or as required by law.
- Employers' job postings and company details are retained for compliance and service continuity.
